Operational activities of Polish retail on the example of Netto Polska
Operated a network with more than 650 stores and 7,000 employees across the country. Responsible for the successful transformation of the Netto Polska store concept to Netto 3.0 version, including the re-equipment of about 200 stores, organic growth, customer interaction, improvement of appearance and style, development of the baking system, implementation of self-service cash registers and assortment strategy.
